Phillip grew up in Germantown and went to Briarcrest Christian School. Through a couple of interesting opportunities, Phillip fell into the wine trade in 2011 and has been learning all about wine ever since. He loves big heavy wines such as cabernet and syrah. Phillip’s wine travels include two trips to the Napa and Sonoma area, the Wine Spectator Top 100 in Dallas, and the New York Wine Experience. He would love to become a master sommelier one day. “My favorite part of my job at Cheers is our great customers. I absolutely love to learn about the wines a customer likes and introduce them to new, unique wines!” Ask him what he is excited about and you won’t be disappointed.
